My favourite programme which I wish to watch again...

Party Planner!!

Party planner used to be my favorite programme. However, now they had stopped telecasting the programme. It was really an interesting programme. I learned a lot through it. Party planner is a programme where there will be a party planner (David Tutera) who help people to decorate their parties. The programme shows detail by detail how he plans and decorate the party creatively until the party is taken place and enjoyed by the party host and his guests. It is really amazing how he brings up an empty space into a fantastic place to party. The programme helped me a lot to develop my creativity. He even gives us some tips on how to make decorations and creative foods for our parties. David Tutera is a brilliant man. He just know exactly how to make an event look fantastic and become the talk of everyone. I really loved watching it. I wish astro will telecast the programme again. Now that I'm talking about it I really missed watching it and getting ideas from the programme.

These are some photos of parties he has decorate:

Logorama

Last week in my media innovation class, my lecturer showed us a video entitle "Logorama". It was an short animation movie with all the mascots and brand signatures of various brands which was cleverly instilled in the movie. The animation movie was magnification and I was amazed on how did the director managed to put all d brand signatures and mascots properly into the movie without disrupting the storyline. After my class, I did a little research about the movie. The movie won various awards such as the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film.
This is the link to the video : http://vimeo.com/10149605. It was directed by H5/ François Alaux, Hervé de Crécy and Ludovic Houplain. It is worth watching. :)

A movie that I watched.

Recently I watched a movie called P.S I Love You. The movie is about a husband (Gerard Butler)who died in his early age and how he guides his wife ( Hilary Swank) to go on with her life through letters which she will be receiving after his dead. The story was really touching and moved me. It shows the love of a husband towards the wife and how he guides and help her even after he passed away. In the movie, the Hilary Swank was a designing student before she met Gerard Butler. After her husband died he had no clue of what to do and then one day she figured out that she loved shoes a lot with the help of her husband's letter. From then onwards, she used her designing skill to design footwear and took classes on how to make footwear. Her shoe designs were so beautiful and unique. That's when I realized designers are not the one who just designs on posters or billboards but people who designs footwear are also a designer. From then onwards, I started to take notice on the designs of the footwear that i wear. I am also started to appreciate the designs that are around me.

Concept Store

This is a concept store that i found in Jusco, Klang. This store's name is Watatime. From the look of it you'll know its definitely a concept store. The store itself looks very expensive with its marble floor and beautiful lighting. As how the store looks, the goods in the store is expensive as well. This store sells watch, not ordinary watches but extremely expensive watches. I never seen a watch so expensive in my life. As I went into the store I had this feeling that it is not a place for an ordinary people like me. As I looked into the showcase I saw a watch with a label of RM599 on it. I never see any watch that cost below RM 100. The store really made me feel like I'm so poor in my entire life.Perhaps thats why not many costumers visit the store.
I couldn't snap inside the store because as I walked inside the store the sales person was following me all the time.On top of that, there's not much costumer when I went, so it will be so obvious if i snap pictures inside the store.
